The following is a list of projects that I’ve done or still on going:

1. Procurement workflow application: ranging from the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order and Goods Receipt
   Customers who have been using this product: PT. Parit Padang, PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka (Pocari Sweat), PT. Alun, PT. Dwimakmur Primatamas, PT. Alun Indah, PT. Premium Technica Prima.
   Backend application that are integrated: CRM (Axapta), EAM by Infor, Protean by Infor
2. Helpdesk workflow application: handling request of services ranging from filing the application, approval, clarification of issues, handling by a group of experts, reporting the results of work by an expert staff, clarification of the settlement, and feedback. It includes the calculation of working time (compared to SLA), the handling of outsourcing, report the use of spare parts, linkages with the asset, knowledge management.
   Customers who have been using this product: the largest fertilizer plant in Indonesia (BUMN)
3. Workflow application for handling petty cash in the Branches: including the calculation of transfer requests, usage reporting of expense claims, approval of expense claims, and petty cash calculation.
   Customers who have been using this product: PT. Otsuka Indonesia, PT. Soho Industrial Pharmasi
4. Workflow application for handling Discount Requests by Outlets: submissions made ​​by the branch that have a communication with the outlet, then the request will be continued to the approval process, after request has been approved, the request will be the master discount or flag to release the sales order.  This application commonly used by Pharmacy Distributor and could be connected realtime with the Principal/Manufacturer that have an authority of discount.
   Customer who has been using this product: PT. Otsuka Indonesia, PT. Merapi Utama Pharma
   
5. Document Control application: workflow to control the distribution of controlled documents within the company. The example of controlled documents is ISO documents, Company Policies. Control (in this application) is covering approval of issuing the new document, revision of current version, distribution the newest version, and monitoring the reading status from the mandatory users who must be read the documents
   Customers who have been using this product: the largest fertilizer plant in Indonesia (BUMN), Research Division of the largest telecomunication company in Indonesia, PT. Halilintar Lintas Semesta
6. Leave approval: approval request of leave: approval of leave request from employees by the approvers who has an authorithy to approve. Including the information of remaining leave calculation and controlling the rule of leave request, like maximum days of leave per request, maximum leave taken in advance
   Customers who have been using this product: PT. Schneider Indonesia
7. Timesheet: reporting of daily activities related to the work of other departments, the purpose of reporting is for charging
   Customers who have been using this product: PT. Soho Industrial Pharmacy
8. Attendance Deviation Workflow: routing the deviation of employee attendance, including the late coming, early leaving, absent.  The system access the data within the attendance machine in realtime and issue the approval process for improper attendance.
   Customers who have been using this product: the one of Japan Bank
9. Etc.
